Who we are

1. Heather Schoenheimer
Heather Schoenhimer Heather established Human Strategy Consulting in 2004. She has more than 15 years experience in HR, having worked in industry and consulted to industry – in both large and small organizations.

Through her experience in industry, in both HR management and line operational management roles, Heather has gained rich insights into the role and delivery of business-focused HR.

Her roles as an external consultant have further complemented this experience and understanding in the fields of strategic HR, organizational development and change.

Heather earned an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2001, and has continually built upon her practical experience with courses in areas such as:
